Book Publishing
I am so excited to receive a copy of the class's published book! I received an email from the publisher indicating that our hard work has arrived and is getting ready for print!
Language Arts
We are continuing The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe this week so please send the book in if you haven’t already. For poetry, we are memorizing The First Thanksgiving of All and we will do recitations on Tuesday. There will be no spelling this week!
Math
We will be reviewing cumulative concepts Monday and then taking an end of Unit assessment on Tuesday. There is no pressure to really prepare for this test. Monday night’s homework will give you a good idea of content that might appear on the actual test, however the students are already prepared to demonstrate their knowledge based on the work they have done in the proceeding weeks.
Science
Students will take the Skeletal System Assessment on Monday. We will also learn about the Achilles Tendon and the origin of it’s name!
History
This week we will finish our Caesar Unit with an assessment. We will review on Monday and take our test on Tuesday.
